HSBC partners with OMG, Tribes Communication to set up ‘futuristic lounge’

The lounge was set up at Global Fintech Festival 2024 with features like an AR photo booth and LED screen displaying customer service offerings

Tribes Communication, in collaboration with Omnicom Media Group India (OMG India) proudly announces its successful orchestration of HSBC’s participation at the Global Fintech Festival (GFF) 2024, held at the Jio World Centre in Mumbai from August 28th to 30th.

As the event's Agenda Partner, HSBC, a key industry leader and OMG India’s client, showcased its global solutions.

The banking and financial services institution's meticulously curated lounge, designed in partnership with Tribes Communication and OMG India offered an immersive glimpse into the future of finance, emphasising HSBC's commitment to digitalisation and AI integration.

Key features of the HSBC lounge included the exclusive HSBC Live with Card experience on the Apple Vision Pro.

Visitors were also treated to a AR photo booth, allowing them to engage with the brand in a unique and interactive manner.

Further enhancing the experience, attendees could navigate the Oculus Metaverse of HSBC's NRI services using Meta Quest Pro and explore the seamless functionality of the Zing money transfer application. Additionally, the lounge featured an LED screen displaying exclusive customer service offerings by scanning a QR code, and Visa card demo launch, all complemented by a grand LED tree creating an elegant and immersive experience for guests.

The event also marked the launch of HSBC's strategic partnership with BookMyShow, enhancing the HSBC Lounge experience and further solidifying the bank's position as a leader in digital finance solutions.
