Quick commerce platform Zepto has launched Zepto Atom, a new subscription-based brand portal aimed at giving partner brands real-time insights into their performance across pin codes. The tool also features ZeptoGPT, an AI-powered assistant that allows brands to explore and analyse data using natural language prompts.
Co-founder Kaivalya V. announced the launch on LinkedIn, highlighting that teams can now access answers to granular questions like “what is our market share in this pincode” directly on their homescreens. According to him, the product went from idea to execution in just three weeks.
Zepto Atom builds on the company’s existing free brand portal, but offers deeper capabilities. Brands will be able to view a full city map, track pin code-level performance, and analyze sales patterns in real-time, refreshed every minute. The tool is designed to help consumer brands respond to changing demand patterns, seasonal shifts, and performance fluctuations with precision.
CEO Aadit Palicha shared more details in a video message, describing Zepto Atom as an advanced data insights platform.
“We’ve built out features like pin code–by–pin code hyperlocal market share, real-time data visibility, and a natural language processing assistant called ZeptoGPT. It gives brands the ability to query millions of data points we generate from our platform,” said Palicha.
Zepto will host a webinar at 3 PM on May 16 to walk brand partners through the new platform and explain how to opt in.
With this launch, Zepto aims to become more than just a quick delivery service—it wants to be a data partner for brands operating in India’s competitive consumer market.
