Komerz has acquired US-based digital marketing company Pathformance, in a deal that values the combined entity at $330 million post-acquisition. The news has been shared by Komerz Director Dr. Kushal Sanghvi in a LinkedIn post.
“The acquisition values Komerz at $330 million post-deal and marks a significant strategic milestone in the evolution of how brands drive, measure, and scale growth in an increasingly fragmented hashtag#marketing and hashtag#commerce ecosystem and our rocketship ? has surely taken off and we continue to grow,” he wrote in the post.
“With 500+ brands measured, 27 billion hashtag#advertising impressions evaluated, $260 million in media budgets assessed, and $1.9 billion in incremental sales generated for clients, Pathformance brings an extraordinary track record into this partnership. It's no surprise they've earned a spot on the Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing companies for four consecutive years. The future of marketing is unified — where measurement, activation, and optimization live within the same commercial system,” he wrote further.
With this acquisition, Komerz aims to deepen its data-driven marketing and commerce capabilities as it accelerates expansion in global markets.
