The COVID-19 lockdown period may have restricted airline movement but it has definitely ignited their quirky side. Netizens had a fun time being a part of the online banter among Indian airlines. The tweet trail started with IndiGo poking at Vistara airline with a funny yet witty tweet.

Soon, other Indian airlines joined the light-hearted twitter conversation which pulled the funny chords of Twitterati.

Little did these airlines know that this playful conversation of theirs would attract netizens and would become a massive hit for the day. Within few hours of the tweet, likes and engagements crossed millions.

Amidst all the gloom and despair in at this time, these kinds of funny conversations create a sense of positivity in the minds of consumers as well as keep the spirit of the companies alive. The aviation industry is bearing a huge brunt of the lockdown period due to the COVID19 pandemic. However, brands are trying their best to keep themselves relevant and visible to consumers through such social media interactions.
