Josy Paul to head Roger Hatchuel Academy selection panel at Cannes Lions 2019

Josy Paul, Chairman & Chief Creative Officer, BBDO India will head the panel that will select 40 students who will take part in the annual Roger Hatchuel Academy at the Cannes Lions 2019, according to news reports. The panel will also consist of eight other members from across the world. The aim will be to foster inclusion and diversity in the selection process.
Founded in 2003, the Roger Hatchuel Academy is a six-day programme that will take place during the festival and serves to help students interested in pursuing careers in the creative and advertising field This year, a total of 40 students will be selected to join the programme.
According to reports, speaking on the development, Josy Paul, Chairman & Chief Creative Officer, BBDO India said, “Diversity and inclusion is a mind-altering drug. It opens the doors of perception and helps access a greater degree of awareness… leading to surprising new ideas and purpose for our work and industry.”
