Industry leaders have wholeheartedly welcomed the exchange4media Radio Advertising Awards (ERAA). The 1st Annual ERAA is being held in Mumbai on October 7, 2010, and will recognise the best work done between July 2009 and June 2010. Last date for receiving entries is September 20, 2010. Awards would be given in 22 categories.

Reliance ADAG-CBS JV to launch 3 new English channels by Q4 of 2010?blur=25

The Reliance Broadcast Network Ltd (RBNL) and CBS Studios International joint venture, christened BIG CBS Networks Pvt Ltd, will be launching three new English entertainment channels customised for the Indian market. The channels will premier in the fourth quarter of 2010 and mark RBNL’s foray into the TV business in India, and also marks the entry of CBS into the Indian market.
