The public broadcaster has begun airing this all new prime time serial on DD National from July 14, 2009.

In an open letter, he points out that there is a whole world that exists beyond the walls of Doordarshan that is not some sanitised fantasy land. So, is the hoo-haa really called for?
Dhanalakshmi Bank, an old generation bank headquartered in Thrissur, Kerala, has called for a creative pitch. In all, it is believed that four agencies have made their presentations – Ogilvy & Mather India, Rediffusion Y&R, Lowe Lintas and McCann Erickson. Though the account size couldn’t be ascertained, it is said to be substantial.

More than three months after withdrawing from the News Broadcasters Association (NBA), Rajat Sharma’s India TV has been persuaded to return to its fold. The decision was formalised on July 16, 2009 after continuous back-channel work by various NBA board members. Meanwhile, Sharma himself will be joining the NBA Board.
