Pidilite Q1FY26 Results: Revenue increases 11%

Profit of the company grows 19% YoY to Rs 678 crore

Pidilite Industries Ltd on Wednesday reported an 18.7% year-on-year (YoY) rise in consolidated profit after tax to ₹678.13 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to ₹571.27 crore in Q1FY25. Revenue from operations for the quarter came in at ₹3,753.10 crore, up 10.5% from ₹3,395.35 crore in the same period last year.

Total income rose to ₹3,838.81 crore from ₹3,449.29 crore in Q1FY25. Total expenses were ₹2,922.57 crore, compared to ₹2,678.85 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Profit before tax was ₹916.47 crore, higher than ₹769.63 crore in the year-ago quarter.

The company’s Consumer & Bazaar segment, which includes adhesives, sealants, art and craft materials, and construction and paint chemicals, posted revenue of ₹3,006.70 crore, up from ₹2,740.83 crore in Q1FY25. The Business-to-Business segment, covering industrial products, resins, pigments, and construction chemicals, registered revenue of ₹806.63 crore, compared to ₹725.58 crore a year earlier.

On a standalone basis, profit after tax for the quarter stood at ₹649.80 crore, up from ₹551.57 crore in the corresponding period last year. Standalone revenue from operations was ₹3,479.30 crore, compared to ₹3,145.84 crore in Q1FY25.

Pidilite’s Board of Directors has declared a special interim dividend of ₹10 per equity share for FY26. The Board has also approved a bonus issue in the ratio of 1:1, subject to shareholder approval. During the quarter, the company allotted 20,330 equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Plan, 2016 and granted 383,550 new options under the plan.

No advertising and promotion expenses were disclosed separately in the results.

The company said its performance during the quarter reflected continued growth momentum in both consumer and industrial categories, supported by steady demand across domestic and overseas markets.
