One Digital Entertainment co-founder Gurpreet Singh has announced the launch of Good Practice Media, a new independent venture focused on the intersection of media, marketing and business.

Singh unveiled the new venture through his newsletter, Connectively, where he outlined his vision of creating a platform for thoughtful industry conversations, original insights and strategic advisory.

Good Practice Media is a modern media company working across creators, brands, creator-led ventures and IP across India and the Middle East. Founded by Gurpreet Singh, who has spent over two decades in digital media and the creator economy, the company is built for the next phase of creator-led growth. Having seen India’s creator ecosystem evolve from an emerging space into a serious media and business economy, Singh believes the next evolution is about helping creators build beyond day to day content.

As more creators look to launch their own IP, products, businesses and media ventures, Good Practice Media aims to bring the right strategy, structure, partnerships and long-term thinking to that journey. The company helps build thoughtful narratives, meaningful cross-border partnerships and long-term media value through talent strategy, brand collaborations, content development and creator-led businesses. It also works with companies looking to enter, expand or build cultural relevance across India and the Middle East, enabling the right local narratives, partnerships and creator-led opportunities.

Over the years, Singh has held leadership roles across the digital content ecosystem, including at Viacom18, Hungama and Disney. He has played a key role in helping creators and artists build their digital presence, working with names such as Badshah, Raftaar and Prajakta Koli (MostlySane). Under his leadership, ODE's original documentary SOS – Survivors of Suicide was recognised at the IWM Digital Awards.

Announcing Good Practice Media, Singh said the venture is built on the belief that "good practice" should be the foundation of modern media and marketing, with an emphasis on creating long-term value over short-term trends.

With Good Practice Media, Singh plans to focus on building high-quality editorial content, fostering meaningful industry dialogue, and partnering with organisations seeking strategic marketing and media expertise.
