Deepti Dwivedi appointed Head, Human Capital, Shemaroo Entertainment

She has over 16 years of HR experience across the entertainment, publishing and lifestyle sectors

Shemaroo Entertainment Limited announced the appointment of Deepti Dwivedi as Head, Human Capital.

Her core responsibilities will include designing, developing and implementing manpower models and OD initiatives to help improve productivity and efficiencies and aid in organization transformation and business excellence.

Dwivedi comes with over 16 years of human resources experience across entertainment, publishing house and lifestyle sector. She joins Shemaroo after her last stint at Sony Entertainment Television as HR Business Lead for Revenue Functions (Ad Sales and International Business).

At Sony, she was instrumental in setting up the team of Sony LIV – the digital arm of Sony and handled engagement and wellness at the network level.

Before Sony, she managed dual responsibilities for Mid-Day Info media and Radio One for eight years.
