Ganesh Chaturthi marks the arrival of joy, color, and togetherness in its most spirited form. As households welcome Bappa with rituals steeped in tradition, cities burst into life with ecstatic drum beats, lights, and community celebrations. The fragrance of flowers and modaks fills the air, while the spirit of devotion blends seamlessly with creativity and festivity. Beyond being a religious occasion, it’s a cultural moment that brings people closer, reminding us of the power of faith, renewal, and collective cheer.
Some brands have also added more colour to the celebration with their heartwarming ad films, putting forward a brand new message for this Ganeshotsav and integrating their unique services and features along with them.
Renault India – Rethink the Familiar
Think Renault is just about cars? Think again. This campaign takes “rethink” quite literally. Photographer Surbhi Kaushik finds Lord Ganesha in the things you’d least expect. From tree trunks and stones in hills to cloud formations and moss on boulders, she clicks photographs of the simple things that mimic Lord Ganesha’s form. She sees the divine in the familiar objects around her. All that while driving around in a Renault Triber, giving her the space and versatility to explore.

Birla Opus Paints – Special Mehmaan Aayenge?
With a kid wanting to celebrate this Ganeshotsav at his home, this ad film brings with itself the possibilities that Birla Opus Paints unlock with their speedy home painting services. The parents of the kid decide to repaint the walls before they bring home Ganpati Bappa. As the father thinks that the process will take days, the mother organizes a home painting service from Birla Opus, which makes it quicker and easier to host the festival. Colour transforms hesitation into celebration with the services.
International Sunny Cooking Oil – Letter to Bappa
Everybody wants to meet Ganpati Bappa, just like the little girl who finds Him everywhere she goes. By diligently following the rituals and treating Him like a friend throughout Ganesh Chaturthi, the girl writes a letter to him even after the Visarjan (Immersion) process. Right when she misses eating Modaks, her mother prepares a dish of Modak for her using the Sunny Cooking Oil. “Everyone has their own story of wanting to meet Bappa,” the ad film says, “and the moments that are bound with them have a unique taste of their own. Celebrate this Ganesh Chaturthi in whichever way you want, but make sure to celebrate with your loved ones.”
Hocco Ice Cream – Chocolate Modak Ice Cream
This Ganesh Chaturthi, Hocco serves indulgence while being culturally relevant. After the viral Aamchi Mango Ice Cream, their limited-edition Modak-shaped ice creams (white chocolate and milk chocolate variants) are bite-sized festive icons. Modernizing the classic sweet, the ice cream comes in a beautifully designed box, perfect for gifting, prasad, or sneaky snacking. Moreover, its availability via Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and Zepto across the state of Maharashtra ensures reach, and possibly midnight cravings as well.

Amazon India – Ganeshotsav Wali Taiyaari
Amazon chimes in with the familiar festive prep narrative that they did for the Rakhi campaign previously. Latest in the ‘Taiyaari’ series shorts, this ad finds two sisters and their mother unpacking their Amazon order from the box. With all festive products under ₹300, Amazon expects to make your Ganesh Chaturthi shine brighter. With the tagline “Tyohaar ki har zaroorat, bas ek click se ho behtar,” it streamlines festive shopping for maximum celebrations.
