Vivendi acquires the Bolloré Group's majority stake in Havas

The sale to Vivendi of Bolloré Group's stake in Havas has been finalised following the fulfilment of the suspensive conditions.
In accordance with market regulations, Vivendi will launch a simplified tender offer on the remaining Havas shares.
Havas' interim results will now be published on August 25, 2017 when the Havas board will meet to review the proposed new board members to represent Vivendi.
