Triton Communications appoints Ashutosh Sawhney as CEO
As part of his new role, Sawhney will focus on strengthening Triton’s value proposition to its clients, expand the business, collaborate with new clients and oversee the Agency’s teams across offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad and Bangalore

Triton Communications has appointed Ashutosh Sawhney as CEO of its operations across India. Incorporated in 1991 by Ali Merchant and Munawar Syed, Triton has a 26-year track record of enduring client relationships based on some great work for some great brands. Over the years, the creative fire power of Triton has helped deliver several iconic campaigns for clients like Moov, Aquaguard, Set-Wet, Fortune, NECC and a host of others.As part of his new role, Sawhney will focus on strengthening Triton’s value proposition to its clients, expand the business, collaborate with new clients and oversee the Agency’s teams across offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad and Bangalore. Sawhney is tasked with creating a vibrant new culture that is conducive to producing great advertising and communication.

Ashutosh Sawhney is a brand and communications leader, with strong bias towards ideas that create shared value. He has more than 17 years of experience with a proven track record of strategic and creative thinking on leading global brands and building new brands, galvanizing great client relationships and large teams.
His previous responsibility was leading the National Brand Strategy function for Brand Capital - a part of the Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd. Previous to that, he was leading Publicis Communications, Delhi where he led the Nestle relationship and built the account from a small sized network account in Delhi to the pride of place account for them in India.
