On the back of the ‘Main bhi chowkidar’ initiative, real estate consultancy firm Sai Estate Consultants Chembur Private Limited has drawn inspiration from the slogan to deliver a message. Their latest campaign seeks to assure the masses of their promise to be their chowkidar (protector) by ensuring housing for all Mumbaikars.
This is a part of their on-going ‘Homes for Every Mumbaikar campaign, and spreads the message about their mission to provide affordable housing for the many who invest their life savings towards realising their dream of owning a home, the company said in a statement.
Expressing his views, Amit B Wadhwani, Co-founder, Sai Estate Consultants, said, “The affordable segment is moving at an extremely fast pace due to the government’s mission to provide homes to suit the need of each consumer. I am a strong believer of building homes for the affordable housing where the prices suit the demand of the segment. As we have been working relentlessly towards it for the past 9 years, this campaign is just another impetus in supporting the government’s initiative that we strongly believe in.”
With #MeinBhiChowkidar trending across social media, the campaign is live on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram in order to reach out to a wide section of audiences. Through social media, the brand will also emphasise on the importance of affordable housing for all by 2022.
Additionally, Sai Estate has also employed OOH advertising across the city.
The campaign also aims to reach out to the cities of Surat, Baroda and Pune, in order to spread the message of affordable housing for all, across India. For more updates, be socially connected with us on
