R K Swamy has posted a 15% increase in total income to Rs 352 crore for FY 2025-26.
The company has achieved a 32% growth in EBITDA.
While revenue from operations for Q4 FY26 stood at Rs 150.66 crore, up 26% from Rs 119.55 crore in Q4 FY25, quarterly profit after tax increased 39% year-on-year to Rs 18.81 crore.
Speaking on factors that affected the financials, Srinivasan K Swamy Executive Group Chairman said, "The global and domestic marketing services industries are undergoing structural re-alignments, presenting distinct challenges and opportunities.
"Another challenge is the acceleration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and how brands now engage with agencies. Those who can master and use this as a tool will make progress while those who use that as a substitute to human intelligence will be left on the wayside.
"The uncertainties caused by supply chain disruptions and higher oil prices have shifted the focus toward immediate result-driven digital metrics over traditional long-term brand building."
