On Women’s Day, we celebrate leaders who redefine the media and advertising landscape, and Priti Murthy is a name that stands out. As the President of GroupM Nexus India, she has been instrumental in leading data-driven transformation, digital acceleration, and business growth across the industry.

With over two decades of experience, Priti has held key leadership roles across major media networks. Before taking on her current role at GroupM Nexus in 2021, she served as CEO of OMD India, where she steered the agency through challenging times, delivering business growth, digital transformation, and 100% client retention. Under her leadership, OMD launched the #ONEOMD campaign, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Prior to OMD, she spent over 12 years at Maxus (now Wavemaker) in various leadership roles, including Chief Strategy Officer, where she played a pivotal role in integrating digital, new media, and data-driven strategies. She led the development of Maxus APAC’s first-ever Consumer Truth Framework, leveraging data insights to drive impactful media planning.

Known for her strategic vision and ability to adapt to evolving market dynamics, Priti continues to be a strong advocate for client-centric solutions, digital transformation, and fostering an inclusive work culture.
