Nadia Chauhan is the Joint Managing Director and Chief Marketing Officer of Parle Agro, where she has played a pivotal role in transforming the company's growth trajectory over the past two decades. She officially joined the family-led business in 2003 at the age of 17, after being exposed to the organization’s operations from a young age.
With over two decades of experience, Chauhan has played a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and expanding its product portfolio in the highly competitive Indian beverage market. As Chief Marketing Officer, she oversees the company’s marketing strategy, brand positioning, and consumer engagement, helping establish Parle Agro as a household name across the country.
One of Chauhan’s most notable contributions was the launch of Appy Fizz in 2005. The fizzy apple drink quickly gained popularity and became a major revenue driver for the company, showcasing her ability to identify market opportunities and respond with innovative products. Additionally, Parle Agro expanded its offerings to include Bailey packaged water, which has grown into a Rs 1,000 crore business.
Chauhan is also a member of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization) since 2019, where she connects with other leaders to share insights and foster leadership development.
Having grown up in Mumbai after being born in California, Chauhan studied commerce at H.R. College. Her blend of business acumen, market insight, and long-term vision has helped Parle Agro evolve from a single-product company to a diversified beverage powerhouse, balancing legacy with continuous innovation.
