Chandrika Jain is a seasoned marketing leader with over 25 years of cross-sector experience, currently heading the marketing function at Lenovo India. 

Based in Bengaluru, she leads marketing across Lenovo’s consumer, commercial, tablets, and solutions and services portfolios, while overseeing the company’s corporate brand strategy, including innovation, workplace culture, and ESG initiatives.

Jain has been with Lenovo since 2010, holding various marketing roles over her 14-year tenure. She also manages Lenovo’s Worldwide Marketing Hub in India, playing a key role in aligning regional strategies with global objectives. 

Her experience spans across brand building, go-to-market strategies, and consumer engagement, contributing significantly to Lenovo’s growth in the competitive Indian market.

Before joining Lenovo, Jain worked as Senior Manager, Marketing & PR at Population Services International (PSI) from 2007 to 2010, where she was part of a USAID-funded campaign to raise HIV awareness. Prior to this, she was the Marcom Manager at ING India from 2005 to 2006, handling integrated marketing communications for the financial services brand.

Her early career includes agency-side roles where she gained valuable insights into both the technology and consumer sectors. As an Account Supervisor at Contract Advertising (2002–2005) and an Account Executive at EURORSCG Advertising (2000–2002), she worked with clients like Dell, Unilever, Himalaya, and Carbon (diamond jewelry), building a diverse portfolio of experience across industries.
