Roshni Das: Steering Intel’s marketing innovation and growth

On Women's Day, e4m celebrates the inspiring journey of Roshni Das

Roshni Das is a seasoned marketing leader with over 25 years of cross-functional experience spanning sales, marketing, and brand management across diverse geographies. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Marketing Innovation and India Region CMO at Intel, she has been an integral part of the organization since 2005, steadily taking on roles of increasing responsibility.

Das’s career at Intel has been marked by significant regional and global leadership roles. She served as APJ CMO and General Manager for Asia Pacific and Japan from January 2022 to April 2024, where she oversaw marketing operations across 12 markets, including India, Southeast Asia, New Zealand, Korea, Japan, and Taiwan. During this time, she focused on strengthening Intel’s brand narrative through local and global storytelling while driving business results by building product preference across the company’s client-to-cloud technology portfolio.

Prior to this, Das took on the role of Interim Managing Director and Country Sales Head for Intel India from October 2021 to February 2022, leading sales strategies and business operations during a transitional phase. Her earlier roles at Intel include India Marketing Director and Regional Marketing Director, where she gained deep insights into the Indian market and learned what it takes to build a brand across Asia-Pacific markets.

Before joining Intel, Das worked at Standard Chartered Bank as a Product Marketing Manager in the Credit Cards Division from 2002 to 2005, and at Lowe Lintas as a Brand Services Manager from 1996 to 2000, managing several leading consumer brands.

Beyond her corporate roles, Das is actively engaged with the industry. She serves as a board member of MMA India and contributes to the Asia Pacific Mentor Connect program for women. She has been recognized with accolades like Business World Top 50 Marketer in 2020 and ET-Femina Change Agent Customer Experience Recognition the same year.

With a career defined by innovation, collaboration, and ecosystem partnerships, Das continues to shape Intel’s marketing strategy while mentoring the next generation of industry leaders.
