The early days of struggle and challenges were met with hard work, sincerity, and keen business acumen, soon giving way to a phase of consolidation and success. With a great propensity for innovation, he pioneered and revolutionised the concept of outdoor advertising in Delhi and North India, setting new benchmarks for the industry.

A proud alumnus of Delhi University, Gupta's educational foundation equipped him with the strategic thinking and vision that would define his illustrious career. In 1997, he took over Graphisads when the company's fortunes were fledgling, and through his leadership, instilled professionalism and fresh energy that transformed the organization.

He introduced reinvention and innovation across all verticals: from organisational setup to client servicing, media buying, and marketing strategies. His philosophy was clear: he knew his goals and perfected the ‘art of getting things done better than others’.

Gupta's guiding principle of "value-for-money advertising" revolutionised how campaigns are conceptualised. Maximizing publicity output on minimal budgets while ensuring every campaign, regardless of size, achieves the twin objectives of "Attention" and "Retention." His relentless efforts to exceed client expectations are reflected in the agency's credo of out-of-the-box creativity and communication. Today, Graphisads stands among India's top advertising companies, with Mr. Gupta recognized as a distinguished figure in the media industry.

As General Secretary (North) of the Indian Outdoor Advertisers Association and Chairman of the Media, Entertainment, Art & Culture Committee of the PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry, he regularly advocates for industry issues at various forums and ministries.
