The week from July 31 to Aug 4 started with a spotlight on whether a Facebook-Google duopoly portends a warning for publishers, given the pervasive nature of both these platforms in our daily lives. It is estimated that nearly 70% of all digital revenue in the US is accounted for by the two. In India, sources indicate it to be around 60%.
