Being recognised as one of the top 30 under 30 professionals is both humbling and exhilarating. It is a moment that reminds me of the countless hours, challenges, and victories that have helped me shape my journey so far. This milestone is not just about personal growth; it is also a reflection of the incredible mentors who guided me, people I have collaborated with, and the trust my organisation placed in me. It motivates me to dream bigger, embrace new challenges, and continue pushing boundaries to leave a meaningful and lasting impact on the PR and communications industry.

The next five years will likely see the continued rise of AI and data-driven insights reshaping how we approach PR strategies. Personalisation will become even more critical, powered by advanced analytics to craft hyper-targeted campaigns. We can also anticipate a stronger emphasis on sustainability and social responsibility in brand narratives, as consumers demand authenticity.
To stay ahead, I plan to keep upskilling myself in digital tools and analytics, and stay attuned to evolving audience behaviors. Combining these with my storytelling abilities will enable me to create impactful and adaptive campaigns that resonate across platforms and demographics.
As a rising star in the industry, what skills or areas do you identify as crucial for your continued growth and success, and how do you plan to develop them?
Key skills I aim to refine include better brand communications, storytelling, and crisis communication management. As the industry becomes more dynamic, understanding audience psychology, emerging technologies, and effective cross-platform engagement will be paramount.
I plan to actively seek mentorship, and participate in industry forums to stay updated. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and working on diverse projects will also help me expand my skill set and develop a well-rounded perspective.

In the next 5-10 years, I hope to contribute to making the industry more inclusive, innovative, and authentic. My goal is to redefine how brands connect with their audiences by emphasising purpose-driven narratives and impactful storytelling.
I aspire to mentor young professionals, fostering a supportive ecosystem where creativity and collaboration thrive. By championing meaningful campaigns and adopting cutting-edge approaches, I hope to set benchmarks that inspire the next generation of communicators and reinforce the power of PR in driving positive societal change.
