How do you feel being a part of the elite list?

It’s a pleasure to be recognized for my contribution to the industry so far and reinforces my faith that I am working in the right direction. This achievement will only inspire me further to strive and keep doing sincere work. I am thankful to the exchange4media team and jury members for being selected in the elite list of 40 under 40.

 What were the trends that kept 2019 buzzing in the communication industry?

The communication industry is ever-evolving, and we see a plethora of trends making their inroads. Few such trends that stand out for me are influencer collaborations and content marketing campaigns. In today’s digital age, we cannot neglect the power of social media, be it any age group. Right from teenagers to senior citizens, we are seeing people hooked on to social media to get their updates and learn about new products, key happenings, etc. This is where influencers and bloggers come into play. Individuals are likely to trust other people over glossy ad catalogues due to the relatability factor. Moreover, content marketing is also picking up steam quickly. A good campaign would have a mix of traditional PR and marketing activities that strike the right chord with the target audience.

 How will this recognition by e4m add value to your profile and the communications industry at large?

This coveted recognition is testimony to the efforts I have put in the last 16 years of my professional journey. While I have always had a set career path, this recognition further validates that my determination and journey have been towards the right goal. Furthermore, the communication industry sees an influx of enthusiastic professionals each year and a recognition of this stature adds credibility to one’s profile. 

 What are your future plans? 

I want to see myself as a transforming agent for the communication industry by bringing communication and technology together and striding new opportunities for consumer and brand connect.
