Probo appoints Shimal Kapoor as Head of Policy

Kapoor has in the past worked with Meta, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and World Bank Group

Probo, an opinion trading platform, has announced the appointment of Shimal Kapoor as its Head of Policy. In this role, Shimal will closely work with government bodies and policy makers, as India defines the policy framework for its emerging skill-based gaming sector, stated a press release.

Shimal brings a breadth of experience spanning Meta, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, World Bank Group, and other reputed organizations. Her expertise in public policy and stakeholder engagement will be instrumental in the evolving skill-based gaming ecosystem and reinforcing Probo’s position as a market leader.

Shimal has spearheaded multiple strategic initiatives throughout her professional journey. She holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and obtained her law degree from the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru.
