Julie McClain Downey joined Global Strategy Group as Vice President of Communications and Public Affairs. She moved to this role after working with U.S. Department of Labor as Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs for two years.
Global Strategy Group announced her appointment on LinkedIn, stating, “We are pleased to announce that Julie McClain Downey has joined GSG as a Vice President of Communications and Public Affairs in our Washington, DC office. Julie is a leading communications leader with a wealth of relevant experience, having worked in communications roles on campaigns, in government, and at leading progressive organizations.
