At the event, several reputed individuals from diverse industries gathered to honour and celebrate the industry stalwarts, legends and veterans whose enduring commitment and significant contributions have played a pivotal role in propelling the PR and Comm industry to new heights. 

The 2nd edition of e4m PR Commune Hall of Fame recognizes legends and veterans of the industry whose contributions to PR and communication are unparalleled, noteworthy and long-standing. This year, we welcomed two outstanding individuals, each with a remarkable public relations and corporate communication journey. Notably, these incredible veterans boast over four decades of experience, signifying a depth of knowledge and a wealth of experience that has shaped the industry's landscape. Their sustained commitment to the advancement of the profession, and significant contributions had helped the industry in reaching its potential.

Dilip Cherian is a pioneer in India's public relations industry and is renowned for his groundbreaking work in image management and communications. In his over three decades of career, he has revolutionized how organizations and individuals present themselves to the world. As the former co-founder of Perfect Relations, South Asia's largest image management consultancy, he has worked with over 3400 Indian and internal largest corporations and advised top business leaders, politicians, and celebrities on managing their public image and reputation. He is also known as "India's Image Guru." It is all because of his remarkable efforts to empower the next generation of professionals that have made him a respected voice and a sought-after thought leader in the industry.

Roma Balwani is a communications stalwart and the leading lady of the PR & Corp Comms industry. She has dedicated her four decades to the growth of corporate communications, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) in India and globally. Her achievements and contributions to the organizations & society are truly laudable. Not only this, she is also a staunch supporter of the deaf community, thought leadership, mentoring, and numerous social causes and initiatives. She has received several prestigious awards and recognition for her outstanding performance and stellar contributions to the PR industry both in India & globally.

These outstanding veterans collectively bring over 80+ years of experience to the PR and Corp Comm industry with their unique insights, expertise, and immeasurable collective impact on the industry. 

Given their phenomenal contributions to the PR and Corp Comm, Dilip Cherian received the prestigious PR Commune Hall of Fame 2024 awards under the Public Relations category and Roma Balwani was honoured in the Corporate Communication category.
