Banali Banerjee has joined Kotak Life Insurance as Assistant Vice President – PR & Corporate Communications. She announced this news via a LinkedIn post. In her new role, she is expected to spearhead strategic communications initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and lead public relations efforts across platforms.
Banerjee holds over a decade of diverse experience across journalism and public relations. She has worked extensively in reputation management, brand strategy, crisis communication, and strategic partnerships. Her expertise spans a broad range of sectors, including traditional BFSI players like banks, NBFCs, asset and wealth management firms, along with fintech, e-commerce, logistics, PE/VC, legal, and taxation industries.
Prior to this, she served as Deputy Vice President – Marketing & Communications at Northern Arc Capital. She has also held key roles at leading agencies such as Adfactors PR and Paradigm Shift PR and other leading organisations.
An alumna of the University of Mumbai, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Media and an M.A. in Political Science, along with a PGDM in Television Journalism.
