Senior media professional Vivek Makker has begun a new stint with TV Today Network. He has joined the group’s Hindi news channel Good News Today (GNT) as Vice President – Ad Sales.
Prior to this, Makker was working with the NDTV Group. In September 2025, he was appointed National Revenue Head at NDTV India. In this role, he was responsible not only for NDTV India but also for NDTV’s regional operations in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan.
Notably, this was Makker's second stint with NDTV. During his earlier tenure, he served as National Head at NDTV India.
Before rejoining NDTV, Makker spent nearly three years with News Nation Network as Executive Vice President and National Sales Head of the network.
An MBA in Marketing from Delhi University, Makker brings over two decades of experience in the media industry. Over the years, he has also worked with well-known organisations such as HT Media, Star TV, and Times OOH.
