Faye Iosotaluno has decided to step down from the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Tinder in July 2025. In a LinkedIn post, Iosotaluno announced she will step down from her role after nearly eight years with the Match Group.
As per her LinkedIn profile, Faye Iosotaluno stepped into the CEO role in January 2024.
“After almost 8 unforgettable years at Match Group and Tinder, I’ve made the incredibly hard decision to step down as Tinder’s CEO in July”, she said in her LinkedIn post.
Reflecting on her journey at the company, she stated that she learned a lot. “From driving growth and strategy across the portfolio through expansion, acquisitions, and new partnerships, to mentoring incredible talent along the way, I’ve had the privilege of helping shape how tens of millions of people around the world find meaningful connection”, she added.
“As CEO of Tinder, I’ve been especially proud to build and work alongside an exceptional team, including leaders who’ve pushed each other to raise the bar, build with purpose, and unlock new value for our users. Together, we’ve redefined what the Tinder brand stands for through award-winning marketing work, brought forward product innovation that breaks from old paradigms through friend-forward features, doubled down on personalization by further integrating AI into recommendations, shown the potential for native AI-driven consumer experiences, and laid the foundation for the company’s next chapter”, the post read.
Prior to this role, Faye Iosotaluno was the COO, where she led the company’s major business and support areas, member experience, people, business development, strategy, finance, analytics, marketing, and international operations. She joined Tinder after five years at Match Group, where she served as Chief Strategy Officer, overseeing corporate strategy, consumer research, and new business growth for the global portfolio while also driving revenue and growth at Tinder.
