Former CNBC-TV18 Editor (Finance and Economic Policy) Timsy Jaipuria has announced her new journalistic initiative, "Newsconomy".
Timsy Jaipuria shared a post on the social media platform LinkedIn, explaining that it's been nearly four months since she left the newsroom, faced the camera, or has written anything.
She said that when she said goodbye to CNBC-TV18, she knew a chapter in her career was ending, but what the next chapter would look like wasn't clear.
In her post, she says that the past four months have been filled with change, introspection, uncertainty, and many important conversations. There was much she wanted to say, and much that remained unsaid.
Prior to CNBC-TV18, Jaipuria also served as Special Correspondent, Business Bureau, at The Hindustan Times Limited.
She has nearly 18 years of experience reporting on economic policy, international trade, taxation, real estate, and corporate affairs.
