Swati Bhattacharya steps down from GCPL Lightbox Creative Lab

Swati Bhattacharya, who heads the Lightbox Creative Lab at Godrej Consumer Products Ltd (GCPL), has decided to step down from her position, effective January 1, 2026. She mentioned that the role did not fully align with her skills and professional goals. The company confirmed her resignation in its latest regulatory filings.

Lightbox Creative Lab functions as GCPL’s in-house creative agency. Bhattacharya had joined the company in September 2024. Prior to this, she was working as the Chief Creative Officer at FCB India.

With nearly 30 years of experience in the industry, Bhattacharya has taken on key creative leadership roles at well-known agencies such as FCB Ulka, Dentsu India, and JWT.
