DB Corp Limited has approved the reappointment of its Managing Director, Sudhir Agarwal.
According to the company, Sudhir Agarwal will be reappointed as Managing Director for a term of five years, from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2031. However, this appointment is subject to the approval of the company's shareholders. This decision was made on the recommendation of the Board's Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
DB Corp. stated that Sudhir Agarwal has been involved in the newspaper printing and publishing business for nearly 35 years and has been on the company's board since its inception. He has played a key role in the company's long-term strategy and business expansion.
