  • Snabbit has appointed Ramesh Srinivasan as Head of Growth and Revenue to oversee customer acquisition, retention, brand, and monetization as the company expands its home services platform.
  • Ramesh previously worked at PhonePe, focusing on growth and marketing in payments and financial services, and at Flipkart, where he contributed to various business segments and marketing initiatives.
  • His role at Snabbit will involve increasing the customer base and repeat usage while aligning brand building with local demand planning in the company's operational model.
  • This appointment follows the hiring of Abhinav Ankur as Chief Business Officer and Pradeep Yadav as Head of Operations, enhancing Snabbit's leadership team as it develops a multi-category service offering.
Snabbit, a quick home services platform, today announced the appointment of Ramesh Srinivasan as Head of Growth and Revenue. He will lead demand across the home services platform, bringing customer acquisition, retention, brand and monetisation under one leader as the company expands into new categories and markets.
Ramesh joins from PhonePe, where his work spanned growth and marketing across payments and financial services. Previously at Flipkart, he helped build businesses across private labels, loyalty and refurbished commerce, and led marketing for core categories and flagship festive sales.
At Snabbit, Ramesh will focus on growing the customer base, increasing repeat usage and building demand across house help, home cooks and beauty. His mandate connects brand building with the local demand planning essential to Snabbit’s operating model, in which demand and supply are matched hour by hour within each nanomarket.
peo“Our business is built on matching demand and supply, hour by hour, at a nanomarket level. I am excited to have Ramesh lead the demand side of that equation. His experience scaling some of India’s largest and most trusted consumer platforms will be invaluable as we build Snabbit into a multi-category platform that can serve tens of millions of households,” said Aayush Agarwal, Founder and CEO of Snabbit.
“Snabbit is moving everyday household needs from informal networks onto a platform people can trust. Building that trust and making Snabbit a habit are central to the growth opportunity. I look forward to working with Aayush and the team to build demand, one nanomarket at a time,” said Ramesh Srinivasan, Head of Growth and Revenue at Snabbit.
The appointment follows those of Abhinav Ankur as Chief Business Officer and Pradeep Yadav as Head of Operations, strengthening leadership across business, supply and fulfilment, and demand as Snabbit scales its multi-category offering.
