Simon Green shared on LinkedIn that he has stepped down as President of Asia Pacific and Japan at Palo Alto Networks after a decade in the role and has joined Cursor as President.

In his new position, Green will lead Cursor’s expansion across Asia Pacific and Japan, supporting its AI-driven software development platform, which is used by businesses and governments to modernise legacy systems and improve software delivery.

His earlier career includes senior leadership roles at NetApp, Interactive, ProVision and media company Austereo.

He has also served as a Non-Executive Director at listed companies including 99, where he chaired the remuneration committee.
