Ibibo.com has appointed Sanjay Bhasin as Executive Vice President, Revenues and Business Development. In this role, Bhasin will drive advertising sales and business development functions that drive monetisation for all of ibibo.com’s properties. Bhasin has 18 years’ experience and has played a critical role with different media and entertainment houses. He has been part of several founding teams of various businesses like radio and television ventures of The Times of India and Walt Disney’s launch in the country. Before joining ibibo.com, he was VP, Network Sales of UTV channels. Before his stint with UTV, Bhasin was Associate Director at Walt Disney India. Prior to Disney, he had worked with several early stage businesses and launches, such as MTV, Indiatimes.com, Buena Vista (Disney and Lalit Modi’s JV), and Times Group (Times FM and Times TV), among others.
