Deloitte South Asia reappoints Romal Shetty as CEO for second term

Deloitte India and South Asia Partners have reappointed Romal Shetty as Chief Executive Officer of Deloitte South Asia for a second four-year term, effective 1 April 2027. He will continue to lead the firm until 2031.
Shetty is also a member of Deloitte’s Global Executive Committee.
With more than two decades of experience, Shetty has led large-scale transformation programmes across over 40 countries for Indian and global clients. His experience spans growth strategy, profitability improvement, restructuring, technology transformation and people-led initiatives.
Before joining Deloitte, Shetty spent more than 12 years at KPMG India. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Ernst & Young, Arthur Andersen & Co. and PwC India.
