Saregama India appoints Sula Vineyards’ Abhishek Kapoor as CFO

Saregama India Ltd has appointed Abhishek Kapoor as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective 15 July 2026. The company announced the appointment in a regulatory filing.
The board has also named Kuldeep Kothari as Interim CFO with immediate effect. Kothari will serve in the role until 14 July 2026, following which Kapoor will take charge as CFO.
Kapoor brings more than 25 years of experience in finance leadership across listed companies and consumer-focused organisations spanning media and entertainment, FMCG, beverages and manufacturing. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Sula Vineyards Ltd.
Kothari is a finance professional with more than 23 years of experience in finance, accounting, treasury, budgeting, financial reporting, taxation and regulatory compliance. He has been associated with Saregama for the past seven years and has held several leadership positions within the organisation.
