Saaurabh R Pradhaan has been appointed Executive Director and Chief Operations Officer at Finfinity.
A seasoned industry leader with more than 28 years of experience, Saaurabh has held senior roles across banking, e-commerce, contact centers and digital & automotive marketplaces.
Saaurabh's career began at HDFC Bank, where he built strong expertise across operations and retail banking. He later joined CarTrade and built a digital ecosystem for the pre-owned vehicle market. At Yes Bank, he led several strategic initiatives, including building the Asset Desk Manager channel and Spectrum Banking, while also heading the Debit Cards and ATM business.
