NODWIN Gaming has announced a number of strategic steps as it progresses towards a potential public listing. The company has launched a pre-IPO fundraising round and appointed industry veteran Arnd Benninghoff to its Board of Directors.
Benninghoff brings experience in the global gaming and media sectors and currently serves as Executive Vice President of Gaming at Modern Times Group (MTG), where he has been responsible for the group’s gaming investments and portfolio development since 2014.
His professional background includes roles as Chief Digital Officer at ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG, Managing Director of SevenVentures, and Chief Executive Officer of Holtzbrinck eLAB. Benninghoff began his career in journalism, working with Deutsche Presse Agentur and several television networks.
