The Sleep Company has appointed Hemal Jain as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Hemal brings over 20 years of experience across FMCG, food tech, quick commerce, B2B enterprises and startup consulting.
Her professional journey includes stints with Hindustan Unilever (HUL) and Eternal, where she partnered closely with founders and CXOs.
Notably, Hemal has played a key role in driving businesses from high cash burn to sustainable profitability, while also contributing significantly to IPO and acquisition journeys, bringing both strategic foresight and operational rigor to the table.
