As Amplify nears its first anniversary since becoming part of Common Interest, the global creative agency focused on experience, entertainment, and culture has announced key leadership updates.

The company has appointed Jordan Dale as its new Global Creative Director, a role created to strengthen its creative direction worldwide. Jordan is moving from Amplify’s London office to Sydney and will work across the agency’s teams in Australia, the UK, and the US. His main focus will be to boost creative growth in the APAC region while continuing to contribute to international projects.

Jordan has been with Amplify for the past four years, working on major global accounts. Before that, he held senior creative roles at agencies such as Above+Beyond, Colenso BBDO, and Ogilvy. Over the years, he has worked with brands including OnePlus, Subway, ANZ Bank, and Visa. His campaigns have received recognition at major international award platforms such as D&AD, One Show, LIA, Lovies, and Spikes, along with several awards in the UK and New Zealand.

Speaking about his move to Sydney, Jordan said he had always hoped to return after spending time there in 2023. He shared that the opportunity to shape creative growth in the region while staying connected with global teams makes this an exciting new chapter. He also mentioned that being closer to home is an added advantage. Jordan added that bringing global cultural ideas into the local market, while understanding regional insights, presents an exciting creative challenge.

In addition, Amplify has appointed Joel Menegazzo as Creative Director. Joel returned to Australia in late 2025 after working for two years at Seed. He is now helping lead content-driven projects and contributing to the agency’s creative strength.

Gareth Davies, Managing Partner at Amplify Australia, said the company is pleased to welcome both Jordan and Joel to the local team. He noted that their experience will add strong creative energy to client projects and support the agency’s growth plans across the APAC region in 2026.

The agency has also announced two internal promotions. Aaron Bilham has been promoted to Head of Production, where he will oversee production with a focus on innovation, quality, and new technologies. Meanwhile, Caitlin Todd has stepped into the role of Senior Business Lead, continuing to manage important client partnerships, including Amplify’s work with Netflix, and delivering strong integrated brand experiences.

These appointments reflect Amplify’s continued focus on investing in creative talent and leadership as it expands its global presence and prepares for its next phase of growth under Common Interest.
