PwC India ropes in Navnit Nakra and Rajesh Sethi

- Nakra, with over 20 years of experience in consumer technology and digital payments, will focus on helping clients drive growth and adapt business models, while Sethi brings over 30 years of expertise in media and sports, guiding digital transformation strategies.

PwC India has announced two major leadership appointments to boost its growth in the Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) sector. Navnit Nakra joins as Partner and Leader – Technology Sector, and Rajesh Sethi takes on the role of Partner and Leader – Media, Sports and Entertainment. Together, they will help strengthen PwC India’s strategy, enhance client relationships, and deliver impactful solutions across the rapidly evolving TMT landscape.
Navnit Nakra brings over 20 years of experience spanning consumer technology, enterprise sales, digital payments, and e-commerce. He has held senior leadership roles, including India CEO at OnePlus. At PwC India, Navnit will focus on helping clients drive growth, expand market share, and adapt their business models, leveraging his deep understanding of how technology-led companies scale successfully.
Rajesh Sethi comes with more than 30 years of experience across media, sports, and financial services. He has led several global and Indian organisations, including serving as Global CEO of Ten Sports and Head of NBA India. With his strong expertise in digital business transformation, Rajesh will guide PwC India’s strategy for clients navigating the intersection of content, data, and technology.

As part of its continued investment in the TMT practice, PwC India had earlier appointed Vinish Bawa as Partner and Leader – Telecom in 2024. Vinish has extensive experience in 5G, R&D, enterprise growth, and large-scale transformation. Before joining PwC, he was with Nokia Networks India, where he led Enterprise & Emerging Business across India, Nepal, and Bhutan, focusing on expanding sales beyond traditional telecom to sectors like government, defence, hyperscalers, and utilities.
