HT Media has announced that Paras Kaushik, the Group CHRO who also leads Group IT, will now also oversee the VCCircle platform and the Events (IP) Business across Hindustan Times and Mint. The move reflects the growing convergence of people, technology, and community-driven platforms.
With close to two decades of leadership experience, including impactful roles at Aditya Birla Group and Motherson Group, Paras has consistently demonstrated the ability to drive transformation at scale. At HT Media, he has already played a pivotal role in integrating HR and technology to power the organization’s digital journey.
This expanded mandate positions him at the intersection of content, community, and enterprise ecosystems, where the future of media engagement is being shaped.
Known for his intrapreneurial mindset, Paras has conceptualized and launched CHRO Vantage, a leadership development journey for future CHROs, and Mint India’s Iconic Workplaces, a workplace certification program built in partnership with Deloitte.
With the additional mandate of Group IT, Paras spearheads the convergence of people and technology at HT Media.
