OMG Singapore elevates Daisy Huang to Head of Strategy

Omnicom Media Group (OMG) Singapore has promoted Daisy Huang to Head of Strategy, unifying the strategic capabilities of all OMG agencies under her leadership. In her role, Daisy will drive innovation, product development and updates as well as spearhead strategic training and internal initiatives to build strategy skillsets. Based in Singapore, OMG’s Asia Pacific hub, Daisy will also provide strategic oversight across global, regional, and local businesses, partnering with Omnicom Group agencies to drive cross-function integration and growth.
The appointment also underscores OMG Singapore’s two key priorities: integrating data, technology, and media to drive smarter decisions and better outcomes, and placing strategy at the centre of everything it does. With these priorities and Daisy’s analytical rigour and storytelling expertise, OMG Singapore brings together effectiveness and creativity, transforming insights into impactful storytelling and solutions that deliver measurable value to clients.
Prior to her elevation to the group-level role, Daisy spent over a decade with OMG agency, OMD, in Singapore and Australia, holding strategy and account management roles. She was most recently the Head of Strategy at OMD Singapore, where she led key pitch wins, including Singtel, GXS, the Ministry of Social and Family Development, and Clarins.
Daisy also played a critical role in developing and operationalising OMD Singapore’s three-year vision, “Be Fearless Together”, leading to three years of Agency of the Year accolades within the industry. Additionally, she developed OMD Singapore’s strategy, creative media, and award writing capabilities, leading strategic and creative thinking behind key award wins at the Festival of Media Global, Festival of Media Asia Awards, MARKies, Marketing Excellence Awards, and the Singapore Media Marketing Awards.
She reports to Chloe Neo, CEO, OMG Singapore, effective immediately.
