Naveen Pandey has been appointed as Managing Director of Bajaj Consumer Care for a period of five consecutive years.
Naveen Pandey has over two decades of experience across leadership roles. His expertise spans across P&L management, strategic planning, innovation, sales, marketing, board and investor relations, and government/regulatory affairs.
Jaideep Nandi’s tenure as the Managing Director of the Company will conclude on June 30, 2025.
The Board has also approved the appointment of Aakash Gupta as Head-Finance, designated as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the company with effect from July 1, 2025.
Richard D’Souza (categorized as SMP) has tendered his resignation from the position of Head-Finance of the Company to pursue opportunities outside the organization.
