- Mercedes-Benz announced leadership changes in its Sales & Marketing function, effective September 1, 2026, with Nandita Godbole appointed as the new Head of Marketing, succeeding Amrit Baid.
- Amrit Baid will transition to General Manager of Retail Finance & Pre-Owned Cars, while Jamsheed Bhadha will take on a new role in Dubai, with Sanjay Kochar succeeding him in Product Planning & Sales Planning.

Mercedes-Benz today announced leadership changes in its Sales & Marketing function. Nandita Godbole, currently GM, Digital Customer Unit will be the new Head of Marketing, succeeding Amrit Baid.
Amrit Baid takes over as GM, Retail Finance & Pre-Owned Cars business while Jamsheed Bhadha, GM, Product Planning & Sales Planning will move to a new role within Mercedes-Benz, Dubai. Jamsheed will be succeeded by Sanjay Kochar, currently GM, TEV & BEV Sales. The new organizational changes will be effective from 1-September 2026.
The organizational changes underline Mercedes-Benz’s growing focus on enhancing customer experience using real time data, deploying AI solutions and integrating retail finance into customer journey.

Her appointment underlines Mercedes-Benz India’s growing emphasis of deploying AI solutions, for evolved customer experience. Nandita has enabled Mercedes-Benz’s AI-led customer journey enhancements, transitioning from disconnected touchpoints into seamless, intelligent experience for customers. Her key priority in Marketing role will be extensive usage of real-time data and predictive insights, anticipating customer needs, delivering highly personalized interactions and fostering meaningful engagement across every stage.
After a successful stint with Marketing & Customer Experience, Amrit Baid will lead the key Retail Finance & Pre-Owned Cars business verticals.
