Meesho's Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Ashish Kumar Singh has resigned from the company after nearly six years.

Singh joined Meesho in 2020 after holding leadership roles across organisations including Myntra, Medlife, Adobe, Hindustan Unilever and Reckitt Benckiser.

"Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, as amended, we hereby inform you that Mr. Ashish Kumar Singh, Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Management Personnel of Meesho Limited has, on June 25, 2026, tendered his resignation from the services of the Company", the regulatory filing said.

Taking to LinkedIn, Singh said, "Six years ago I joined Meesho — a startup with a bold bet that social commerce could unlock e-commerce for Bharat. Today, as I close this chapter, it's a large, publicly listed company that has touched hundreds of millions of lives across India. I didn't build that. A lot of extraordinary people did. But I had the privilege of being in the room".

The company has not disclosed the reason for Singh's resignation or announced a successor for the role.
