McCann Worldgroup's Nick Handel joins MRM UK as CEO

Nick Handel, who was with McCann Worldgroup as President - Southeast Asia, has joined MRM UK as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Handel announced the news of his departure through a LinkedIn post. “After 18 incredibly rewarding years in Singapore, I’ll be relocating back to the UK at the end of this month, to take on a new role as CEO of MRM UK. Whilst I’m incredibly excited for the new challenge and the opportunity to be reunited with family, I know I’ll deeply miss the energy, dynamism, and incredible talent that defines this region”, he stated in his LinkedIn post.

Reflecting on his journey at McCann Worldgroup, Nick Handel said, “It’s been an absolute privilege to lead McCannWorldgroup Southeast Asia and MRM Asia Pacific. I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built together and grateful to all my friends, colleagues and clients, both past and present, for their support and partnership, along the way”.

Nick Handel was with McCann Worldgroup for over 14 years. In his last role as President - Southeast Asia, he was responsible for a team of 250+ staff across 4 agencies (MRM, McCann, Craft and Hedy) and 3 markets (Singapore, Hong Kong and Thailand).

In his previous stints, he has worked with Leo Burnett, CX Lavender, Saatchi & Saatchi among others.
