Vanita Keswani has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Madison Media Sigma after a three-decade-long journey with the organisation. Madison Media Sigma is part of the Madison World.

She announced her decision through a heartfelt note, reflecting on her time at the company and outlining her plans to begin an independent entrepreneurial venture.

"They say time flies, but looking back at the last three decades, it feels more like time has built so much! As I step out of the doors of Madison as an employee, I leave with a trove of cherished memories and relationships", the LinkedIn post read.

"I am leaving a piece of my heart here, as I take with me the lessons of a lifetime. I am excited to apply all that I have learnt into my independent entrepreneurial work", the post added.

In her message, Keswani said that while time seems to fly, the past 30 years have 'built so much'. She expressed gratitude for what she described as a culture of transparency and an environment that helped her grow not just professionally but also personally.

Keswani thanked her mentors and leaders for their honest feedback and tough love, acknowledging that they supported her wins while also pointing out her shortcomings. She also expressed appreciation for her teams, past and present, recalling moments of navigating crises and celebrating successes together.
