Kolte-Patil appoints Hrishikesh Parandekar as CEO

Kolte-Patil Developers Limited has appointed Hrishikesh Parandekar as Chief Executive Officer, effective August 24, 2026, to lead the company's growth and operational excellence.
Parandekar, an IIM Ahmedabad Gold Medalist with over 30 years of experience in real estate and investments, previously served as Senior Partner at Alpha Alternatives and held leadership roles at several prominent firms.
Managing Director Rajesh Patil and Blackstone's Asheesh Mohta expressed confidence in Parandekar's ability to drive the company's next phase of growth and strengthen its market presence.

Kolte-Patil Developers Limited, a real estate player in Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore markets, today announced the appointment of Hrishikesh Parandekar as Chief Executive Officer, effective 24^thAugust 2026.

As CEO, Hrishikesh Parandekar will spearhead KPDL’s next phase of growth, driving business expansion, operational excellence, institutional strengthening and long-term shareholder value, stated a press release.

An IIM Ahmedabad Gold Medalist, Parandekar brings over three decades of experience across real estate, investments and strategic leadership, with a strong track record of scaling businesses, driving growth and leading transformation. He joins KPDL from Alpha Alternatives, where he was Senior Partner leading Strategic Partnerships and Real Estate Investing. Earlier, he held leadership roles at McKinsey & Company, Morgan Stanley, Karvy Group, Ambit Holdings and Sugee Group, driving strategy, investments, expansion and operational excellence across organizations. He has also served on the boards of various reputed listed companies.
